Alpine Property Management has been serving homeowners and tenants for over ten years and has gained a reputation as a professional management company. We strive to meet our homeowners needs. My business partner and I are licensed managers with the Oregon Real Estate Agency. As owners of the business we are actively involved with all aspects therein, from bookkeeping to maintenance issues. We only manage properties located in Bend. By limiting our inventory we can better manage the properties under our care. We know our tenants, homeowners and the details of each property we manage. We are not a large company that handles properties all over the county which in turn requires delegation of essential duties in the management of your property. We understand property management and the importance of protecting your investment.
